About Me

My childhood set me on a lifelong path of learning, travel, and connecting with people from all corners of the world.

From my early days in Kenya, filled with thrilling safaris and relaxing beach days in Mombasa, to my later years in Vancouver, Canada, where I expressed a deep reverence for Mother Earth as Global Controller at Greenpeace, I have been a curious and committed citizen of the world.

Twenty-seven years ago, I brought my focus of Finance & Operations to Northern California, and also spent several enriching years working in various countries across the EU region while based in England.

Experiencing such a variety of geographies and cultures has profoundly shaped who I am today.

What's my Why?

Helping others brings us immense joy. Acting from a place of love begins at the individual level and extends to companies. As reflections of ourselves, businesses that empower their people are poised for success in countless ways.

However, having the best product or service alone doesn’t ensure success. Two foundational elements must come first: robust policies and procedures, and a cohesive team that celebrates and supports each other’s achievements.

A strong, capable team should handle most day-to-day challenges independently, without the need for constant oversight. Meanwhile, well-designed policies and procedures act as the backbone of your strategic vision, simplifying daily operations and ensuring consistency and efficiency.

That said, even the best companies can stumble due to management missteps. At the heart of every thriving business are its people. When your team trusts one another—and trusts you—they can achieve remarkable things. Inspired leadership empowers individuals to harness their unique strengths, transforming them into an unparalleled competitive advantage.

This principle is equally vital for middle management. Exceptional leaders aren’t merely promoted; they’re cultivated with care.

My mission is to accelerate your company’s growth while equipping your team with the skills they need to excel. Let’s connect to explore how we can work together to achieve these goals.
